David Rutherford, Chairman: joined the board in the summer of 2009. David was previously MD and significant shareholder in the Freightliner organisation.His key focus will be to help the organisation develop its ambitious long term growth plans.
Steve Raftery, Managing Director: 30 years General Management experience. Primarily responsible for systems and procedures at all levels of the company.
Mike Cottage, Technical Sales Director: Sales and technical development for green roofs and walls. Twenty years experience of using horticulture as an engineering tool.
Martyn Melling, Finance Director: Responsibility for all accounting functions.
Dave Austen, National Sales Manager: Key account sales and technical manager for green walls. Dave is a trained agronomist with fifteen years experience working with all aspects of plant control and technology.
Simon Smith, Technical Sales Manager: Key account sales. Simon is a has extensive experience within the greenroofing and water proofing markets.
Chris Roddick, National Contracts Manager: Overall control of all aspects of the company's installation infra-structure. Twenty years experience in senior posts with leading landscape companies.
Mel Burrows, Operations Manager: Mel primarily controls site coordination and supplier accounts.
Claire Walton, Accounts Co-ordinator: Responsibility for purchase and sales ledger function.
Natasha Bennett, Sales Co-ordinator: Key account management as well as domestic and direct commercial sales.
Hannah Beck, Sales support co-ordinator: Manages the Sales support infrastructure
Dave Smith, Projects Manager: Looks after all day to day site activities including Health and Safety.
Ross Beattie, Site Installation Manager. Manages all aspects to ensure the Greenroofs are installed to specification
Richard Staff, Estimation and QS services
Peter Rowlinson, Maintenance services, site activities and R&D
Andrew White, Marketing Consultant: Responsibility for marketing, promotional and PR activities for the company.
