At Sky Garden, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to put it right quickly and professionally.
This policy explains how returns, damaged goods, and warranty issues are handled. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for additional information.
1. Returning Goods (Change of Mind Returns)
Because our products are manufactured and supplied to order, Sky Garden is not obliged to accept returns once goods have been delivered.
However, if you wish to return goods without fault:
Returns are accepted at Sky Garden’s sole discretion
A restocking fee of up to 25% of the value of the returned items (excluding VAT) will apply
A charge may also be applied for any wear, tear, damage or depreciation that occurred while goods were in your possession
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and kept in suitable condition until received and inspected by us
If you wish to request a return, please contact our team at enquiries@sky-garden.co.uk with your order number.
2. Damaged, Lost or Short‑Delivered Items
We take great care in delivering our products. To resolve any issues quickly, we ask that you:
Inspect all goods on the day of delivery
Notify us of any damage, shortages or delivery‑related issues within 5 business days
Provide evidence that the issue occurred before delivery
Allow Sky Garden to inspect the goods before they are used, altered or installed
If these steps are not followed, the delivery will be considered complete and in good condition.
If we confirm a delivery issue, we will provide one of the following, depending on the circumstances:
Replacement of missing goods
Repair of damaged items
Replacement items
A credit for the affected goods
This will be the full resolution provided for delivery‑related issues.
3. Warranty Returns
Most Sky Garden products include a 6‑month warranty, unless a different warranty is specified in the product documentation.
Making a warranty claim
If you believe your goods are defective:
Notify us in writing with photo evidence as soon as the defect is discovered
Allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods
Return the goods to us if requested — Sky Garden will cover the return delivery cost in this case
Warranty resolutions
If a defect covered by warranty is confirmed, we will:
Repair the goods, or
Replace the goods, or
Refund the full value of the defective goods
(Chosen at Sky Garden’s discretion.)
Warranty exclusions
A warranty claim may be rejected if:
The goods were used after the defect was reported
Installation, storage or maintenance instructions were not followed
Goods were altered or repaired without our written consent
Damage resulted from wear and tear, negligence, abnormal conditions or customer‑provided specifications
4. Returning Goods After Contract Termination
If a contract is terminated and goods have not been fully paid for:
Goods and any Sky Garden materials must be returned immediately
If not returned, Sky Garden may recover them from the customer’s premises
Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until collected or returned
